Balsamic glazed sweet potatoes

Simple and amazing. A new breakfast staple.

Ingredients:
1 med sweet potato
1 tbs of olive oil
2 tbs of balsamic vinegar
salt to taste

Peal and cube sweet potato.  Place in a frying pan with olive oil and cook for give minutes. Add balsamic and cook until potatoes are soft. I like to let them burn just a little bit.

Yum!
